What are the reasons why stainless steel heat exchange tubes rust during use? There are mainly four points:

2. Organic juices: Organic juices such as vegetables, noodle soup, phlegm and other organic juices adhere to the surface of stainless steel. In the presence of water and oxygen, they will form organic acids, which will corrode the metal surface in the long run.
3. Acids, alkali, and salt substances: Contact with acids, alkali, and salts on the surface of stainless steel, such as alkaline water and lime water splashed on decorative walls, will cause local corrosion of the machine.
4. Polluted air: When stainless steel is exposed to air containing a large amount of sulfides, carbon oxides, and oxidative inflammation, condensed water will form sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and acetic acid liquid spots, causing chemical corrosion.
